An explorer from the future on the streets of Florence is the protagonist of the poster for the 65th Festival dei Popoli. The image, created with the aid of generative artificial intelligence software, is inspired by the great themes of the moment: between global fears and new local solutions, the word goes back to the cinema.
Feminist Frames at the 65th Festival dei Popoli
During the 65th edition of the Festival dei Popoli (Nov. 2-10 in Florence), Feminist Frames will curate an itinerary of five film screenings by moderating introductions and post-screening conversations.

The Italian premiere of “Fiore Mio,” the first film written, directed and starring Paolo Cognetti, will open the 65th Festival dei Popoli, Saturday, Nov. 2 at 8:30 p.m. in Florence at La Compagnia cinema. An intimate account of Monte Rosa to explore a place in the writer’s life and understand the world we are living in from a privileged observatory: a film about how mountains could save us.
